This is an excellent, short-term project role that will allow you to put your shipping/receiving and forklift experience to good use. A valid drivers license is required.
Highlights:
- Temporary, 3-6 month project role
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible start time between 6 AM and 9 AM (8-hour shift)
- Pay Rate: $20-$21/hr
- Located in Madison, WI
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming freight
- Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality
- Ensure the stockroom and loading docks are organized
- Assist with return processing
- Assist with material cycle counting
- Assemble work order kits and issue materials to the production floor
- Follow all safety, health, and quality requirements
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
- SAP experience is preferred
- Inventory control, work order kitting, and cycle counting knowledge desired
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- A valid drivers license
- 2-4 years of shipping, receiving, and stock room control experience using a computerized inventory system
- Experience working with ERP
- Forklift experience
- Familiarity with safety and quality system requirements (OSHA, FDA, ISO)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
