We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual for a temporary Shipping Coordinator.
This role will be responsible for supporting our Customer Service team by managing order fulfillment, handling shipping tasks, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Sync orders received through our website with our internal systems (Quickbooks).
Verify order details for accuracy (e.g., shipping address, items ordered, quantities).
Shipping:
Generate shipping labels using our shipping software.
Print shipping labels and ensure they are transferred to the shipping department
Organize and maintain shipping supplies and labels.Administrative Tasks:
Manage batch email communications for transactional messages (e.g., order confirmations, shipping notifications).
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager and/or Customer Service Coordinator.
Customer Support:
Assist the Customer Service team with batch emailing.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and shipping information.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, email).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience with shipping software or processes is a plus.
Experience or exposure to QuickBooks is a plus.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate within software systems.
