Maintain accurate inventory levels by tracking outgoing shipments
Inspect packages for damage before shipping
Adhere to shipping regulations and safety procedures
Update shipping information in ERP system
Operate material handling equipment including forklifts
Serve as backup to Outside Services Coordinator

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience perferred

Qualifications:
Pick and pull products from inventory based on customer orders
Verify that all manufacturing operations are complete prior to packing
Accurately count, tag, and package items into appropriate shipping boxes, including use of protective materials as needed
Affix correct shipping labels and barcodes to packages
Generate necessary shipping documents like packing slips and invoices
Load packages onto delivery trucks or other transport methods
Ability to accurately pick, pack and label products
Familiarity with computers and Shipping systems
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Collaborate effectively with other shop staff
