Under the direction of the Finishing Manager, Digital Production Lead, and Fulfillment Lead, this role will
be held accountable for producing and fulfilling orders to the expected standards for quality and quantity
within the Finishing department.
The Finishing department contains, but is not limited to, Heat Applied Vinyl applications, Sublimation,
...
Direct-to-Film production, Direct-to-Garment production, Decals, Heat Applied Materials, Fulfillment, and
other production activities.
Responsibilities:
Training, Teamwork, Accountability
Receive instruction from experienced personnel when necessary
Learn and perform all producing and fulfilling activities as needed within Finishing
Onboarding and training of new team members when necessary
Maintaining production records as required
Following all SOPs
??? Quality
Maintain a less than 1% defect rate for all producing and fulfilling activities
Inspecting produced items for common quality defects
Ensure all orders are produced to correct specifications
Answer any production and quality related questions
??? Quantity
Producing and fulfilling at the expected rates set by Finishing leadership
??? Other Duties
General facility and station hygiene and maintenance
Maintaining cleanliness of workstation and equipment
Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to perform all Finishing production skills when necessary
- Must have good judgment of color, design, and production quality
- Must have good analytical judgment
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong technical skills
Preferably experience with Excel and Pivot Tables
- Must be reliable, responsible, and take direction well
- Strong skills in work planning and scheduling
- Ability to work well in a team and think independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Honesty, integrity, and empathy

Employee must be able to see and hear, read, and write. Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating,
decision making, dependability, judgment, reading, speaking, following direction, managing multiple priorities, and
reasoning.
Must be able to work 12 hour shifts. Weekends as needed.
