As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials, from receiving into inventory and from production to customers. This position supports shipping, planning, sales, and operations teams to maintain smooth processes

Receive, unpack, and verify shipments for accuracy, ensuring proper documentation and recording.
Report any issues with received goods to inventory control and purchasing departments.
Create, update, and process shipping and receiving orders, handling both domestic and international shipments.
Coordinate pickups, track shipments, and resolve issues with suppliers and shipping carriers.
Organize and store materials on shelves and bins, maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
Perform stockroom tasks, including order picking and cycle counting, with accuracy and speed.
Conduct regular inventory reviews to maintain accurate warehouse stock levels.
Maintain organized paper and electronic records for easy access and retrieval.
Follow detailed procedures consistently to ensure accuracy in all shipping and receiving tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Basic understanding of warehouse management practices.
Relevant experience or training in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Forklift experience is a plus.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (such as PRMS or SAP) is preferred.
Familiarity with online shipping platforms like FedEx, UPS, or similar carriers is a bonus.
Ability to lift or push up to 50 pounds.
High school diploma or GED, with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
