Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Organize, distribute, and verify the work of the service technicians
- Schedule service calls and installation appointments
- Order parts
- Inventory control
- Serve as point of contact between client and service technicians
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Simultaneously utilize multiple medias (phone, multiple computer programs)
- Phone etiquette
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Organizational skills
- Efficient multitasking
- Proven problem solving abilities
- Ability to handle deadlines effectively
- Computer and typing skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Customer service experience
Scheduling experience
Must have HSD/GED
Must submit to background and drug screen.
