Spherion is hiring a Service Scheduler for a company in Wichita Falls, TX! Candidates MUST have scheduling experience to apply. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and pay is $15.00-$18.00/hr depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating maintenance service calls, and organizing equipment installation.

- Organize, distribute, and verify the work of the service technicians
- Schedule service calls and installation appointments
- Order parts and Inventory control
- Serve as point of contact between client and service technicians
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
