We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our Client's team and contribute to the design, fabrication, and maintenance of high-quality tools, dies, and fixtures used in production processes.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications to fabricate precision tools.

Operate and maintain manual and CNC machining equipment, including lathes, grinders, and milling machines.
Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools to ensure accuracy.
Assemble, repair, and modify tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to meet production needs.
Troubleshoot tooling issues and collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize performance.
Ensure all work meets quality control standards and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation of tool modifications, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Toolmaker in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification or degree in Tool & Die Making, Machining, or a related field preferred.

Qualifications:
Expert-level proficiency in CNC programming, EDM, and manual machining techniques.
Mastery of blueprint reading, GD&T, and high-precision measurement tools.

Strong metallurgical knowledge to select appropriate materials for optimal tool performance.
