- Utilize social media platforms for recruitment campaigns and employer branding
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Utilize HR sourcing tools like Workday and Salesforce for candidate tracking
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Implement campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Assist in succession planning initiatives within the organization
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Fluency in English and Spanish is required
