The Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. This role involves managing payroll data, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. The Payroll Analyst will collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to maintain employee records, address payroll-related inquiries, and contribute to continuous improvements in payroll processes.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and process payroll on a regular basis for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Verify that proper deductions, including taxes, benefits, and retirement contributions, are applied in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Review and update employee time records, including attendance, overtime, paid time off (PTO), and leave balances.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for all employees, including handling changes such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
Regularly audit payroll reports, timesheets, and employee information to ensure data accuracy. Work closely with HR and Finance teams to process payroll changes and maintain precise records.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

UKG Time management and Oracle experience
