In this role, you'll take the lead on multiple projects while coordinating engineering and supplier resources. You'll work to drive manufacturing engineering excellence by personally executing mechanical tooling and fixture and automation design while working directly with internal teams to develop process design solutions. This role requires an in-depth understanding of FMEA, rapid prototyping, and design reviews.

Responsibilities:
-Lead the manufacturing engineering activities.
-Designing and implementing assembly fixtures.-
-Designing and implementing QC inspection gages and fixtures.
-Creating machine specs for new equipment.
-Create maintenance and machine upgrades procedures for all equipment.
-Develop new work instructions and fixturing to support the R&D team as they develop and
launch new products into production.
-Be a leader in continuous improvement throughout the factory.
-Create and maintain machine runoff protocols and machine maintenance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
-5+ years experience working with CNC equipment.
-Experience with pressure vessel testing and designing.
-Experience with fluid flow analysis.

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
-Polymer welding, staking, and bonding.
-Quality inspection fixtures and hard gage design.
-Automation Technology Development: Sonic Welding, robotic controls, pneumatic press equipment, and vision systems.
-Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
-10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
-10+ years managing equipment, tolling, and automation projects.
-Six-Sigma: Statistical Process Control, Gage R&R, Correlation
-Strong understanding & hands-on experience of manufacturing engineering principles and design for manufacturing.
-Proven experience and strong understanding of tolerance stack up analysis.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience designing with the following materials: Polymers, MIM, Castings, Stainless, Brass, and Aluminum.
Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience working with international cultures and factories and a willingness to travel.
