Responsibilities:
Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of production machinery, HVAC systems, and facility equipment.
Lead and mentor junior maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to support repairs and installations.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs or services.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and parts inventory.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
5+ years of industrial or facilities maintenance experience.

4-7 years
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Proven ability to lead by example and train junior staff.
Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus.
