As a Senior IT Support Specialist - Automation & Cloud Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing automated solutions to enhance IT operations. You will be responsible for optimizing system efficiency, reducing manual workload, and improving service delivery through automation tools and scripting.
Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement automation strategies for IT operations, infrastructure management, and security compliance.
- Spearhead the resolution of complex technical challenges across diverse technology platforms.
- Automate routine IT tasks such as system monitoring, patch management, user provisioning, and incident response.
- Lead implementation of innovative IT solutions while ensuring system security and reliability.
- Provide advanced technical guidance and mentor junior team members on automation best practices.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration on strategic technology initiatives.
- Utilize scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash to streamline operations and enhance system performance.
- Enhance system monitoring and alerting through automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef).
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Comprehensive understanding of network protocols, security practices, and system administration.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Leadership in project execution and problem resolution.
- Current technical certifications (CompTIA Security+, MCSA, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or equivalent).
