Draft and manage legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.

Defend first-party insurance cases primarily representing insurance companies.
Conduct thorough coverage analysis during claim investigations.
Develop comprehensive coverage evaluations and recommendations.
Draft and revise insurance policy provisions and forms.
Negotiate settlements and prepare for trials.
Collaborate effectively with senior attorneys and clients.
Contribute to the firm's growth through business development efforts.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proven track record in handling complex insurance coverage litigation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines. ??
Experience with e-discovery and case management software.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Member of the Georgia bar or eligible for bar admission.
Admitted to federal district courts in Georgia.
Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant insurance coverage litigation experience.
Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
