Our client, a leading snack manufacturer and private label supplier in Bluffton, Indiana, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sr. Human Resources Generalist to join its team. This role is the primary HR contact at the Bluffton facility, supporting all HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role offers an excellent pathway to potential advancement to an HR Manager position within 2-4 years.

Responsibilities:
-Provide day-to-day HR support, including onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and benefits.
-Drive a positive and engaging work culture through meaningful interactions with the workforce.
-Serve as a knowledgeable resource on company policies and practices.
-Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to manage staffing and support business needs.
-Develop and lead onboarding and training programs to ensure effective integration of new hires.
-Lead Retention, Rewards, and Recognition Employee Involvement Teams to enhance employee experience.
-Ensure compliance with HR-related regulatory requirements, including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
-Excellent communication and project management skills.
-Ability to lead with empathy and work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Bachelor???s degree in human resources or business, or 5 years of relevant HR Generalist experience.
-3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
-Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
