Responsibilities:
- Supporting month-end and quarter-end close, including accrual balances in line with GAAP and company policy.
- Preparing and reviewing account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts to maintain compliance.
- Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to analyze results and forecast expectations.
- Leading special projects, creating ad-hoc reports, and assisting in SOX compliance.
- Collaborating on financial submissions and annual budgeting processes to meet company goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with 4+ years of related experience in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, Oracle preferred, and knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) a plus
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- MBA/CPA preferred and the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 5-10%.
