You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Senior Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding the budget.

Qualifications:
Retail Construction Project experience a must
Experience with multiple local municipalities.
Ability to navigate the MEP requirements of a project
Must demonstrate leadership, organizational and time management skills s well as have excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Scheduling abilities along with utilization of Microsoft Projects other company specific programs
proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Education:
BS Degree in Engineering or Business with a minimum of ten years experience in Project Management required
