Investigates, evaluates and determines compensability of claims, by performing the following duties
Responsibilities:
Assigned duties of Senior Claim Representative as required on daily basis.
Performs investigative duties as required on case by case basis.
Resolves compensable claims within applicable laws & statutes.

Responsible for caseload of questionable, traumatic injuries and/or litigated claims.
Estimates reserving for projected cost of claims through resolution, including indemnity, permanency, medical treatment, etc.
Makes referral to nurse case manager if additional medical support is required, and for surveillance when necessary.
Directs claim assistants on duties to be performed for handling of claims.
Negotiate settlement and /or attend mediations to resolve/settle claims within designated authority.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
