Highlights:
- Through March 2025, with potential for permanent hire
- Pay rate: $18.50/hr
- M-F, 8am-4:30pm
- Remote after training
Responsibilities:
- Review, interpret, and enter into the appropriate accounts.
- Assess eligibility for new Benefits Cards and process issuance
- Maintain organized records electronically
- Process select incoming forms by reviewing, interpreting and entering data into the appropriate accounts
- Review accounts that may need a new Benefits Card issued and complete the process in the appropriate system
- Update participant accounts, including enrollment, renewals, terminations, and Benefits Card maintenance.
- Process Health Savings Account customer identification program (CIP) documentation, account closures, transfers, and other associated updates.
- Conduct manual client renewals as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks.
- Strong data interpretation skills, with the capacity to work with various data formats.
- Average to above-average typing and 10-key speed and accuracy.
- Previous experience with high-volume data entry preferred
- Previous experience with benefits or insurance preferred
- Ability to manage multi-step processes and adept at working with various systems and media.
- Must demonstrate reliability with the ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
