Responsibilities:
Ability to work with or around food allergens of all types.
Experience with scheduling multiple departments, attendance, and human relations.
onitor daily operations to identify and address potential scheduling conflicts or inefficiencies.
Maintain accurate records of schedules, adjustments, and related documentation.
Collaborate with team members to forecast resource needs and plan accordingly.
Handle requests for schedule changes or accommodations in alignment with company policies and objectives.
Utilize scheduling software or tools to create, update, and track schedules.
Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Working hours: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Skills:
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task, and handle constant interruptions.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems in a creative manner.
