Chico Spherion is seeking a detail-oriented Document Scanning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting physical documents into digital formats, ensuring high-quality image capture, and organizing digital files efficiently. Responsibilities:
-Operate scanning equipment to capture images of documents in high resolution.
-Ensure each document is scanned with clear quality and properly indexed for digital storage.
-Perform quality checks on scanned images, reviewing them for clarity and accuracy??and adjusting them as needed.
-Organize, label, and store digital files according to company guidelines to ensure easy retrieval.
-Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
-Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues related to document scanning.
-Manage the digital archiving system, ensuring all data is backed up and secure.
-Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of scanning equipment.
-Provide support for ongoing and special projects related to digital document management.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as further education or certification in office administration or a relevant field,-is a plus.
- Proficiency with scanning equipment and document management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
