Spherion Staffing is interviewing for the position of Sales Support Assistant. The Sales Support Assistant provides vital assistance to the sales team by managing administrative tasks, customer communications, and supporting the overall sales process. Pay: $21-24/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
-Interpret commercial architectural drawings
-Do take offs based on architectural drawings
-Receive POs from dealer customers & process
-Start quotes in computer system
-Follow up on quotes
-Obtain a rough timeline for a template date
-Responsible for processing approved quotes & communicating to office manager
-Assist in answering phones
-Assist customer with color selection in the showroom & warehouse
-Assist customers with any questions, concerns related to their project.
-Work closely with outside sales representatives & sales manager to provide them with any information on issues they may need to handle regarding any customer or homeowner issues.
-Troubleshoot project issues
-Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in business administration or related fields is a plus
-Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or an administrative role
-Experience in the countertop or construction industry is a plus
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Proficiency in office software and CRM systems
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
-Proficiency in excel, word, outlook, teams, general computer knowledge
-Understanding of sales processes and project management principles. Familiarity with countertop products and services is advantageous
-Ability to read & interpret blueprints
