This position works a multi-state territory including South Dakota, North Dakota and Minnesota. Overnight travel is involved (average 1-3 overnights per week) and a company vehicle is provided. This position will preferably be based in Fargo, but open to residents of the Upper Midwest. Salary $50-85k DOE
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
-Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
-Identify and cultivate new customer relationships
-Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
-Negotiate pricing and contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
-Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
Customer Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations
-Provide product knowledge to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
-Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
-Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing valuable insights and recommendations
Product & Market Knowledge:
-Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and its applications
-Participate in product training and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Collaboration & Communication:
-Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure seamless customer experience
-Communicate effectively with management, providing regular updates on sales activities and market conditions
-Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and market data

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in selling equipment, packaging or shipping supplies
-High School Diploma required
-Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
-Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
-Possess negotiation and problem-solving skills
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
-Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
-Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
