Responsibilities:
Sales Execution: Identify and engage potential clients, present our services, and close sales in the DC, MD, and VA metro areas. Maintain a great relationship with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Construction Expertise: Use your construction background to assess job sites, understand client needs, and provide accurate estimates. Ensure all sales are aligned with the companies high standards for quality and safety.
Safely climb onto roofs to perform inspections, measurements, and evaluations as needed.
Utilize CRM systems to manage client information and track sales progress.
Ensure all sales activities are compliant with local regulations, licensing and code requirements. Maintain your licensed home improvement salesperson status and stay up-to-date with industry standards.
Must be computer savvy and understand & be comfortable using technology.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Proven Track record in sales
Licensed home improvement salesperson in DC, MD and/or VA
Advanced understanding of residential exterior remodeling
Ability to climb and carry a latter

Valid license and a vehicle
