The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, driving sales growth, and managing relationships with clients in the luxury construction and real estate sectors.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of high-end construction products, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the showroom sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring optimal performance and achieving business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and high-end builders.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to promote high-end construction materials, fixtures, and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in luxury construction materials, design, and industry innovations.
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance to clients regarding high-end building products, finishes, and construction solutions.
- Manage showroom operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, proper showroom presentation, and stock levels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, offering tailored solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and events that drive traffic to the showroom.
- Monitor competitors??? activities and market trends to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular sales reports, track sales performance, and present insights to senior management.
- Handle large, complex projects and negotiate high-value contracts with key stakeholders.
- Ensure the showroom environment aligns with the brand's luxury image and standards.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury construction, high-end building materials, or a related industry.
- Extensive knowledge of construction materials, finishes, fixtures, and high-end construction solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities with high-net-worth clients and industry professionals.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a luxury showroom or working with high-end construction products.
- Familiarity with construction design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) or a background in construction is a plus.
