As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, recruiting and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and driving initiatives to increase sales margins and net profit. Your role will involve analyzing sales data, enhancing operational efficiency, and crafting strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Lead and Mentor Sales Staff - Coach and monitor the sales team's performance to foster a culture of excellence
Develop Strategic Sales Plans - Create and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share
Drive Revenue Growth - Focus on increasing sales and profit margins through effective sales techniques and customer engagement
Recruit and Develop Talent - Identify, hire, and mentor new sales representatives to build a robust team
Engage in Client Relations - Conduct sales calls with the team and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Oversee Warranty Claims - Handle all warranty claims on products sold, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
Assist Walk-In Customers - Provide exceptional service to walk-in customers at the front desk
Cross-Department Collaboration - Participate in cross-training within various departments to understand their functions and provide support
Additional Duties - Perform other tasks as assigned to support company objectives
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
