We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our Client's Sales & Customer Service team.
Reporting directly to the Sales & Customer Service Manager, you will be instrumental in providing timely and accurate information to support the quoting process. Your contributions will directly impact the ability to secure new business and foster strong customer relationships.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM -5PM

Responsibilities:
- Quoting and Estimation: Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates and generate all related customer documents.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics departments to gather and organize information essential for developing customer quotes.
- Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate the benefits of our sourcing and production capabilities to customers, securing their acceptance and building lasting relationships.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Develop and generate sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data and quoting trends to provide actionable insights.
- Team Contribution: Actively contribute to team goals by achieving results and consistently exceeding performance expectations.
- Leadership Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership regarding project objectives, potential issues, and the current status of open projects.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Prior experience in a sales support, quoting, or customer service role within a manufacturing or related industry.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Understanding of supply chain logistics.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis).
- Familiarity with ERP software systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Self-directed and highly motivated.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions and priorities.
- Proven track record of excellent attendance and timely completion of assignments.
