We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant Manager to support new business development initiatives and lead customer communications related to sales inquiries and RFQs. This position is responsible for coordinating with internal departments and global teams to develop accurate pricing strategies and customer quotations, while actively contributing to the company's growth through effective customer engagement and sales planning. Responsibilities:
-Promote and support strategic new business development and sales activities.
-Collaborate with the Japan Sales Group, Production Engineering, and Purchasing teams to evaluate internal production costs, tooling, equipment, and purchased parts for accurate quote development.
-Create and revise quotations; present to internal stakeholders for approval and submit/communicate to customers, including negotiating pricing and terms.
-Prepare and assist with sales forecasts and reports for upper management.
-Actively participate in New Model Review Meetings, ensuring timely and accurate communication both internally and externally.
-Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong relationships and gather relevant information.
-Manage prototype and trial order processes, including receipt, PO execution, and coordination with the customer.
-Perform additional sales support duties as assigned.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
-Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing environment.
-Bilingual in English and Japanese (spoken & written) preferred.
-Familiarity with automotive manufacturing and international customer coordination.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor???s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent education/experience).
-Experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Ability to analyze and communicate cost breakdowns and pricing logic.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
