Responsibilities:
Manage Calendar
Draft Correspondences
Edit of written content
Lead and motivate a sales group to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the VP of Business Development.
Organize and conduct annual sales meetings and events.
Manage and optimize departmental budgets, including expense tracking and reporting via QuickBooks.
Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Draft and edit business correspondence and presentations.
Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute action items.
Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
Apply business administration principles to improve operational efficiency and sales performance.
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Interact effectively with all company employees and departments.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proven sales management experience, including leading and motivating a sales team.
Financial acumen, including budget management and QuickBooks proficiency.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites.
Experience with CRM tools

High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Business ownership experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) or multilingual a plus
Experience as a Grant Writer is a plus
