Responsibilities:
? Maintain and update driver?s DOT qualification files.
? Review and manage driver?s expiring documents, such as license, medical card, training,
etc. and report needs to dispatch.
? Provide DOT updates.
? Maintain monthly records for drug & alcohol plan.
? Manage safety program video training requirements for admin, mechanics, & dispatch.
? Assist with orientation of new hires.
? Review drivers ELD logs to confirm compliance.
? Run MVRs and background checks on drivers.
? Order safety supplies.
? Participate in training required to perform the functions of this position.
? Perform safety related tasks for Safety Director as required and requested.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Prior experience in the same or similar role
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
HS diploma or equivalent
? Must read, write, and understand English.
? Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
? Communication - good written and verbal communication skills.
? Interpersonal ? the ability to establish effective professional relationships with management,
employees, and departments within the organization.
? Organizational skill - Must be able to prioritize and multi-task responsibilities.
? Time Management ? ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting
deadlines.
? Self-starter with problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
? Must be detail oriented.
? Team effort
? Knowledge of general safety guidelines under DOT and OSHA a plus.
