Assist in entering incoming ordersResponsibilities:Assist in entering incoming orders (via telephone, email, fax) into QuickBooksPerform multiple tasks necessary to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer ordersCommunicating with customers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth sales process Obtain freight quotes when necessaryDistribute customer orders to corresponding customer, production team and appropriate/corresponding company sales
