Responsibilities:
Handle data entry of field inspection paperwork into Tecta America's web-based asset management database
Create roof drawings using Roof CAD software
Process and schedule service requests for customers
Field phone calls from both internal and external customers
Communicates on a regular basis with internal and external customers
Provide training for the web-based asset management database to internal and external customers.
Prepare and deliver customer reports
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with a??CAD program is??a plus
Construction/Roofing industry knowledge/experience is a plus
Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience
Problem Solving Ability with the ability to manage difficult customer situations
Highly motivated and strong initiative for learning and quick Implementation
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong proficiency using MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all level of employees in a team-oriented environment??
High School diploma
