Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and confer by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take information regarding orders.
-Show and explain products to visitors of the retail showroom with the emphasis on setting up an appointment with designers.
-Obtain details of customer issues and check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer complaint.
-Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, or comments, as well as actions taken.
-Prepare, type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents, including contracts.
-Answer incoming phone calls, answer questions, as needed or route to appropriate person, including responding to voicemails in General Mailbox.
-Schedule sales and service appointments.
-Manage incoming customer support and new inquiry emails
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience working in scheduling software is helpful.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Knowledge of office systems and procedures, including answering telephones, bookkeeping, office machine operation and filing.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience in all Microsoft programs.
