We are seeking Remote Call Center Representative to join our dynamic OKC team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role helping Oklahomans with a state insurance enrollment/assistance program. As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from home while ensuring a positive customer experience by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering tailored solutions. Start Date: April 14th
Training Schedule: On-site in OKC for one week then remote
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Equipment: Provided
Pay: $14 - $15/hour
Responsibilities:
- Field inbound calls and provide information and assistance for enrollees, providers and the general public
- Transfer or escalate calls to the appropriate department when needed
- Accurately document inquiries in the system
- Mail, email or download materials as requested
- Assist non-English speakers by coordinating translation services
- Meet all Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) and Quality Assurance (QA) standards
- Attend required meetings and trainings
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Previous call center experience is preferred
