Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Compensation:
Starting Pay Rate: $20/hr
Responsibilities:
Acquire and deepen customer relationships through active market profiling and needs-based questioning to identify deposit, credit, and investment solutions
Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions
Educate customers on banking services, current technologies, and alternative channels that provide value
Develop and maintain positive partnerships with Ag Services, Financial Advisors, Mortgage Advisors, and Commercial and Treasury Management colleagues
Serve as the primary new account and consumer lender for the banking center
Recognize cross-referencing potential and make quality referrals to appropriate teams
Create customer loyalty through relationship building and personalized solutions
Engage in community involvement through specific organizations and special events
Assist customers with transactions and complex service needs
Maintain compliance with all bank regulations and stay current with regulatory changes
Demonstrate working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other applicable regulations

Excellent customer service and communication skills (both oral and written)
Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
Proven sales skills and commitment to meeting sales goals

Proficiency in handling monetary transactions
Ability to multi-task effectively
Advanced listening and problem-solving abilities
Professional demeanor and high degree of integrity
Experience with window-based computer programs
Physical requirements: ability to bend, lift up to 25lbs, and stand for extended periods
Ability to work specified banking center hours
