Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional real estate strategies to align with organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee property acquisition, lease negotiation, renewals, and dispositions.
Manage property budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion or optimization.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate operations.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Oversee property maintenance and improvements to maintain asset value and tenant satisfaction.
Conduct site visits and property inspections to ensure standards are met.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on property performance and market conditions.
Lead and mentor a team of property managers or real estate professionals within the region.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
rofessional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA).
Experience managing a portfolio of diverse property types (e.g., retail, office, industrial).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.

Knowledge of local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in real estate regional management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of real estate markets, property management practices, and lease negotiations.
Excellent financial acumen and proficiency in creating and managing budgets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to travel as needed within the assigned region.
