Based in Mankato, MN, with travel required to various properties.
Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM, with occasional evening/weekend emergency calls.
Day travel required; some overnight travel possible. Company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and financial performance of multiple multi-family properties
Manage and support property managers and on-site staff, ensuring operational efficiency
Maintain strong occupancy levels by implementing marketing and advertising strategies
Develop and oversee property budgets, control spending, and manage overdue accounts
Ensure tenant satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution
Maintain property files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Hire, train, and mentor new staff members to build a strong management team
Supervise capital improvement projects and property maintenance initiatives
Provide regular updates and reports to property owners or boards
Skills:
Experience in multi-family property management or real estate operations
Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property compliance regulations
Background in staff supervision, hiring, and training
Marketing and advertising experience for property promotion
Qualifications:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
Willingness to travel for site visits and occasional overnight stays
Proficiency in property management software and reporting tools
Possess a valid Minnesota driver's license
