The Regional Hotel Manager is responsible for managing the operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction of multiple hotels within the assigned region. This role will work closely with General Managers and corporate leadership to implement company policies, optimize revenue, and uphold brand standards.

Oversee daily operations of multiple hotel properties to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue, occupancy, and profitability.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control for each property.
Lead, mentor, and support General Managers and hotel staff to drive excellence in service and operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize pricing and marketing strategies.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
Handle escalated guest concerns and implement service improvement plans as needed.
Coordinate with corporate departments, including HR, Marketing, and Finance, to support hotel operations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of multi-property hotel management experience, with a proven track record of success.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and revenue management.
Experience working with hotel management software and reporting tools.
