Responsibilities:
Contacting potential clients every day by phone call, email and in person visit
Closing at least 2-4 new accounts a month
Preparing and maintaining an organized pipeline of clients that you visit in person through scheduled meetings, or drop-ins
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue growth
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Lead negotiations and successfully close deals to meet sales targets
Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and implement projects
Utilize our internal CRM to track sales activities and manage client interactions
Strategically plan to enhance market presence and maximize profitability
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Experience in Staffing Sales or pure B2B selling role
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Passion for closing new deals
Ability to sell in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Basic math for sales
Professional presentation skills
Valid driver's license
