Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of multiple apartment communities, ensuring efficiency and resident satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates, rental revenue, and property value.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and expense control for each property.
Lead, mentor, and support Property Managers and on-site teams to ensure operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with local housing laws, Fair Housing regulations, and company policies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize pricing and leasing strategies.
Foster a positive living environment by addressing resident concerns and implementing service improvement plans.
Coordinate with corporate departments, including HR, Marketing, and Maintenance, to support property operations.
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in multi-site apartment or residential property management.

4-7 years
Qualifications:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in property management software, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, lease agreements, and landlord-tenant regulations.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
