Spherion Staffing is looking for a Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain social media platforms to promote company culture and attract potential candidates
-Review resumes, schedule interviews, and interview potential employees
-On-board and orientate new employees

-Implement company culture, values and policies
-Provide management with requested reports and documents
-Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
-Accurately maintain employee files
-Maintain up to date collections on all clients
- Establish focused business development and recruiting plans
-Execute client visits insuring customer satisfaction
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary
- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates and customers for open positions and new business
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing customer profiles and needs
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:

Qualifications:
-Knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle employee relations matters effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
-Ability to interact with customers and maintain a good relationship
