Responsibilities:
Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts.
Communicate with candidates regarding application status and job details.
Support hiring managers with staffing needs and scheduling
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred to engage with a wider candidate base.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidate pipelines.
