Responsibilities:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual in recruitment within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The Recruiter will support the recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for a variety of open positions. This role requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a results-oriented setting.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize our Applicant Tracking System that brings in all various online job boards, social media platforms, into our internal database to identify potential candidates.
Proactively source passive candidates through networking and online searches.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Candidate Screening:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
Partner with ineternal Spherion recruiters in finding best match for our customers
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Perform reference checks and background checks as required.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assist with onboarding new hires.
Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the recruitment team to meet daily and weekly hiring goals.
Provide regular updates on candidate activity and progress.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. -
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to learn and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
A strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
