We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiter to join our dynamic team! You will be responsible for identifying and securing top talent to meet client needs, maintaining relationships with candidates and industry professionals, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current future open positions
Conduct initial screenings via phone or in-person to assess candidate qualifications and skills
Serve as contact person for candidates or clients
Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to HR best practices, employment laws, and company policies.
Meet weekly quotas
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruiting solutions.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proven experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interviewing preferred
Knowledge of HR processes, hiring best practices, and employment laws preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
