Responding to tenant inquiries and complaints promptly
Processing lease applications, renewals, and move-in/move-out procedures
Collecting rent payments and following up on delinquent accounts
Communicating important property updates and policy changes to tenants
Scheduling and managing maintenance requests with vendors
Performing routine property inspections
Overseeing minor repairs and coordinating larger projects with the Property Manager
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
Assisting with property marketing efforts to attract new tenants
Conducting property tours for prospective tenants
Maintaining accurate vacancy listings
