Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls with a professional and friendly tone.
Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
Assist with receipting contracts and maintaining accurate records.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate department.
Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Be prepared to stay beyond regular hours at the end of the month to complete closings.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., phones, printers, scanners).
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with occasional schedule flexibility.
