Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
Schedule appointments for sales and service departments.
Process customer transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
