Spherion Naples is looking for a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist / Office Clerk to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. If you have strong administrative skills, a welcoming attitude, and enjoy keeping an office running smoothly, this role is for you!

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and schedule appointments
Perform general office tasks, including copying, scanning, filing, and ordering supplies
Process and distribute mail efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference room
Enter weekly time records for partners and handle daily remote deposits
Coordinate with building maintenance for office-related issues
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
