40 hours per week, flexible availability required (Monday - Sunday, 9 am - 9 pm) with rotating shifts. Long-term, Temp-to-Hire.
Responsibilities:
Professionally answer and transfer incoming calls, ensuring all inquiries are directed accurately.
Greet and assist visitors in person, making an excellent first impression for all clients and prospects.
Handle and manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Maintain accurate records of client and prospect interactions in a log.
Utilize insurance terminology as needed to support effective communication.
Support general office duties with excellent computer skills, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Familiarity with insurance terminology is a plus.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with office software.
Exceptional communication skills, both on the phone and in person.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
