Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly.
Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection to ensure timely payments and occupancy goals are met.
Market and show available rental properties to prospective tenants, ensuring compliance with fair housing laws.
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors to uphold property standards.
Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and provide regular reports to property owners or management teams.
Conduct property inspections to ensure lease compliance and identify any necessary repairs or improvements.
Enforce lease terms and community policies while handling tenant disputes and lease violations professionally.
Stay up to date on local real estate market trends, property laws, and industry best practices.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with marketing and advertising rental properties.
Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes.
Prior experience in budget management and financial reporting.
Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).

Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Active real estate license (state-specific).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build and maintain positive tenant relationships.
Experience in property management, leasing, or real estate.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to work with diverse personalities and income levels.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple properties efficiently.
Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations
